The previous owner of my home suggested I stay with this company. I did, then after nearly 3 years I ask my mortgage company, why my premium has gone up. My insured increased over $400. I have never claimed, previous owner never claimed, and id received NO correspondence regarding this. I called the office to complain, I was clearly on loudspeaker, and could hear them all giggling like school girls, I commented about the claim I called about was never started. So they retaliated. I will be filing a complaint woth COI. Do not use, there's better and cheaper insurance out there Please note everything in the reply, is absolute, outright LIES. It was my mortgage who told me my insurance increases by $400. This feedback as you can clearly see, is in no way designed to engage with me. With the hope to resolve my issues, I am the customer. You would think by their response to me here (they've never called me either, even after the review) that im just some garbage person, who has no right to be upset. Ive screened your response, in case you edit it, i can use pictures in a review. Why dont you email me this evidence of my refusals? I'll post screens of your email with this proof.
